When you book a luxury rental motorhome with us, it is basically completely fully equipped. You can step right in and enjoy your holiday! However, do you want to add just a little bit more luxury or a personal touch to your trip? Then you can rent handy extras at Beijs Roadtrips.

Travelers from all over the Netherlands depart weekly from our location in Rijen (perfectly situated in North Brabant, between Tilburg and Breda). One of our most popular additions for an ultimate road trip is the compact gas barbecue.

Outdoor cooking with the Cadac gas barbecue

When you are travelling, there is nothing better than cooking and eating outdoors. Fry a delicious piece of meat or fish, or grill fresh vegetables. Sit together around the table and enjoy a wonderful meal. This is perfectly possible with our rental barbecue: the compact Cadac Citi Chef 40.

The advantages of our rental barbecue

A gas barbecue is extremely easy to light and operate. Within a few minutes, you have reached the right temperature for immediate use. The benefits at a glance:

  • Optimal grilling results: The grid has a ceramic coating and an integrated heat deflector, ensuring the grid becomes evenly hot over the entire surface.
  • Heat control: You have direct control over the temperature thanks to the built-in thermometer in the lid.
  • Windshield: The lid can cleverly hook onto the side to serve as a windshield or splash guard against grease.
  • Allowed on campsites: At many campsites and motorhome pitches in Europe, barbecues with charcoal or open fires are nowadays prohibited. A safe gas barbecue is then the perfect and permitted solution!

Contents and cleaning

The barbecue is supplied extremely completely with a pair of tongs, a spatula, and a gas hose. You can directly connect and use the BBQ with the gas bottle of the motorhome. After cooking, the BBQ is easy to clean thanks to the removable, enamelled fat pan.
Please note: we expect the barbecue to be returned clean after the rental period.

Frequently asked questions about the rental barbecue

Can I use this gas barbecue on any campsite?

Yes, unlike charcoal barbecues and open fires (which are prohibited on many European campsites due to fire hazards), gas barbecues are permitted almost everywhere and safe to use.

How do I connect the barbecue?

We provide a special gas hose with the barbecue. With this, you easily and safely connect the Cadac Citi Chef to the existing gas bottle of the motorhome. So you don't need to buy separate gas cartridges!
